Filled with a lot of words, but no sense. Sid's brief is his usual lack of cogent argument and of course no Sid brief would be complete without an ad hominem attack on someone. In this case, The Attorney General of North Carolina. Sid does at least cite the correct parts of the state constitution and the District Attorney's act. Unfortunately, he draws an erroneous conclusion from the plain meaning of the statute. That will doom his appeal. Of course Sid doesn't really care about this appeal, it's all about wasting other people's time. If he cared, he'd haul himself over to the NCSU library and go to the fifth floor to look at a few law books or digests. Finally, Sid closes his ridiculous brief with the demand that Judge Flanagan be prohibited from sitting on his fool case. Sadly, all Sid does is demonstrate his unwillingness to learn.
Except as has been explained to you - she can ignore you. You just aren't that special. She is an elected official, if you don't like being ignored, you solve it through the political process.
Actually, Sidney, what you should do is find a lawyer (in your area) with political ambitions, and help him/her launch a campaign against Lorrin Freeman. I have no doubt that both Kenhyderal and Kilgo will contribute money to the campaign. Once your protege has been elected DA, you will enjoy access to the DA's office. Please start ASAP, since political campaigns take time.
Sidney, how much have you spent in filing fees and related costs in your endeavors? I think you said it was $500 for one of the filing fees recently. I assume you cannot deduct any of these expenses for tax purposes.
Sidney views filing fees and related costs as entertainment expenses.
He is achieving nothing if his objective were actually to win lawsuits, and the filing fees thus could be viewed as a waste of money if that were his objective. It is clear that winning lawsuits is not his real objective. Sidney's lay-legal activities offer self-amusement and the opportunity to annoy others, and every penny has been well spent.
I'm a senior citizen who believes that the state of North Carolina has harshly, excessively, and unjustly treated former Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong.

Sid:
You have 86 days to exonerate and free Mangum.
It has been 98 days since the end of June, 166 days since April 23rd, 205 days since the Ides of March and 3,400 days since Mike Nifong was disbarred.

No one needs immunity for properly performing their duties. By definition, immunity shields prosecutors from judicial scrutiny for improper actions.
Hey, A Lawyer.
In Lorrin Freeman's case, her improper action was inaction by ignoring me. It's that simple.
Hey, A Lawyer.
Thanks for alerting me to the violation of the kenhyderal Doctrine. It has been addressed.
