Hey, Abe.
I think kenhyderal explained well Mangum's defense in stabbing Reginald Daye. As far as public opinion is concerned, the people have been rendered ignorant of the facts of Mangum's case by a bias media that has suppressed the truths... in other words, the media has blindly led its audience around by the nose. It has wrongly described Mangum as a false accuser and has erroneously stated that Daye's demise was a "stabbing death."
Anonymous said... Kenny, did you watch any of the trial? His side was examined, as was hers.
The problem is, the blood in the hallway, the angle of attack, the lack of bruising on her neck, and her past history with Milton ... the jury believed his story that he let her go, and rather than leave, she ran into the kitchen and got a knife and stabbed him, not her story, that she was lying on the ground as he was choking her, when she found a knife lying on the floor and stabbed him.
Cry and whine all you want (and I'm sure you will), the jury heard both versions, and they chose to believe Daye's version, not Crystal's, but stop pretending her version wasn't presented. It was testified to, and argued, extensively.
The jury simply didn't believe her. That's why the Milton testimony was so damaging, even though Sid destroyed her chance at having the Supreme Court review it.
You and Sid are Crystals real abusers and her worst enemies.
January 24, 2019 at 4:48 AM
Hey, Anony.
Milton Walker's testimony was perjury forced by Durham Police Officer Marianne Bond. Why otherwise would Walker, who didn't want to testify his friend (Mangum) testify under oath that Mangum had a knife in her hand in the 2010 incident, when the two other police officers who were there at that time denied seeing Mangum with a knife?
Unfortunately, Mangum was represented by turncoat attorneys out to protect Duke University and other state witnesses who committed crimes for the purpose of convicting her.
kenhyderal said... @ Anonymous 4:48 Crystal's version of the event was presented, under oath, by her on the witness stand and extensively, aggressively and minutely examined by Coggins-Franks, throughout accusing her of being a liar. The self-serving account given to Officer Bond by Daye was never cross-examined by Meier for the myriad inconsistencies it contained. The angle of the puncture was absolutely consistent with Crystal's version. Even Walt in Durham acknowledged that, here. Where blood spatter occurs, in a clothed individual, with such a puncture wound, it does not indicate the point at where it was inflicted. The idea that a frightened Daye fled and a coldly calculating Crystal then set about calmly staging the crime scene by scattering knives around the apartment and stabbing an armchair with such force as to break the knife, force you could likened to the force Daye exhibited in battering down the bathroom door and dislodging it from it's door frame, rather then her version that Daye, a known knife throwing enthusiast, was hurling knives, with deadly intent, at her. It's the corrupt American Justice system that has abused Crystal not her friends or her true advocate Dr.Sid Harr

Thanks, kenhyderal, for insightful comments that bear repeating.
That's rather pathetic even for you. I guarantee you, if either of those men had criminal records like Crystal, and had been convicted of killing anyone, like Crystal, the Congressmen wouldn't have been fighting for them.
At least we know the second part will be a bunch of whining about your attempts to contact them, and their refusal to get involved. I just saved everyone the time of watching it.

Hey, Anony.
Let me put the second part of your comment into context!
Imagine a youngish middle aged woman with a shear black shawl covering her dark, curled shoulder-length hair. She's sitting in a chair with her left arm resting on the armrest and her right hand draped atop her left wrist. She's wearing a dark bodice with straw-colored sleeves as she sits at a three-quarter's position looking sensuously at you... the hint of a smile on her thin lips with a brooding and rugged landscape in the background.
There! I just described the "Mona Lisa." Now you don't have to go to the Louvre Museum to see the painting. I just saved you a trip to Paris. Hah.
The point is, Anony, my shar-videos and sharlogs aren't merely info-bots, but rather works of art. I take pride in preparing the highest quality, most informative as well as creative online documentaries for visitors to this blog site. I feel that you and others deserve nothing less than my best. Hope that you enjoy Part Two.
Works of art? I hope that is an attempt at humor, Sid. Your shar-videos are tired rehashes of the same drivel you have been posting here for years.
And do I recall correctly that your next one will be a sorry attempt to recycle the trash you have previously tried to pass off as an account of what happened at the lacrosse party? Sid, it’s time to move on to a new topic.
I agree with the post at 11:25. I only wish those, here only to mock and make mischief, would go elsewhere, allowing contributors who want to seriously discuss the important issues relating to justice and it's miscarriage, post on this blog without these meaningless distractions. They should either get lost or get a life
Both kennyhyderal @ 11:25 and Kenny Edwards @ 12:28 1-27-19 both violate The Kenhyderal Rule Abe Froman take note. No First Amendment violations in selectively removing this kind of drivel. Transferring comments from my cellphone is not an exact science and there is no way to tell from looking at a comment whether or not it has been posted, unless going to the blog site on the cellphone, which I rarely do, or viewing the site on my laptop. Therefore, I always try to submit comments as soon as I see them, but if I get distracted, fail to read the comment, fail to remember whether I submitted or not, a comment may fall through the cracks and fail to appear. If that happens, please do as you did and make note that I failed to post.

I don't mind a little levity now and then, but for some time I have been reluctant to post the obviously silly comments... especially when the sender is Anony. Furthermore, Crystal will be filing her appeals brief soon, so once it is filed I will make it available as soon as possible.

Please explain why my post violates the kenhyderal rule. Further, if my post violates the kenhyderal rule, please explain why Dr. Harr responded to my post in detail.
Dr. Harr's reply to Kenny Edwards makes the point I made in my lost post. I consider both the kennyhyderal post of 11:25 and the Kenny Edwards post, If not already violating the existing kenhyderal doctrine that was in place, should in future be considered violations. Note to Abe Froman, I'm sure you'll agree censoring out this kind of stuff is in no way a violation of anyone's free speech. They are simply a violation of blog posting rules. Ad hominem attacks that are not obscene between posters debating issues on this site, as in the example I gave, made about me, are not violations even if they are anonymously made ones.

The most pathetic part about all of Sid's pronouncements - Crystal believes them. As has been repeatedly shown, Crystal gets into abusive relationships with men who will "save" her and be her knight in shining armor. Sid is trying to fill that role.
