How's about you providing the name of an attorney who will be willing to meet with me and allow me to present her case and see if he/she is willing to accept her as a client?
Dr. Harr -- I'm not stating you or Crystal Mangum are incapable of filing pro se complaints. No where have I ever stated that.
What I AM stating is that you filing a lawsuit you wrote in her name is UPL -- which has already landed you jail time and a fine. The only way you can do this is when you have a legal authority to do so -- You're a parent of a minor litigant, a legal guardian, or have a valid power of attorney (IF that POA grants you the authority to file a lawsuit under her name).
Further, her filing a lawsuit you wrote could be detrimental to you both as well -- you're still on the hook for UPL, and Mangum could set herself up for case dismissal, monetary sanctions, and a "vexatious litigant" label.
I stand by my statement. You should make her aware of this before the lawsuit is filed.

Why would you need to file a pro se complaint for defamation? I don't see any references to you in any of the articles regarding CGM's release.
It’s been 2 weeks since this post, and I’ve yet to have Crystal Mangum contact me.
My best guess why this hasn’t happened is that Mangum doesn’t read this blog and is unaware of my comments. Dr. Harr doesn’t want her to find out about them, as it confirms that she has options other than him she can elect to choose.
Choosing those options would show how miserably he’s failed her.

It looks like my Feb 14th post regarding the demise of this blog is turning out to be correct. Dr. Harr hasn’t posted anything new here since Feb 28th, and rarely responds to comments.

Hold your stallions. Keep in mind that I am only one person. I do not have a staff. Other than my blog and Substack, I am working on other projects to help overturn Crystal's conviction. The next blog should be ready to post next week... along with a Substack on Sunday. And, keep in mind, I have not even begun to work on a lawsuit!! That is still on the horizon.
