Clearly this document is not a legal filing. It is a narrative with exhibits and it was uploaded as a blog for the general public.

Hey, Anony.
Answer me this: Do you believe an infection from the stab wound caused Reginald Daye's death?
No, I don’t. I believe his death was the result of medical malpractice during care he was receiving as a result of being stabbed by CGM. Medical malpractice is not an intervening cause. CGM stabbed him, he died. She’s guilty of 2nd degree murder.
All of Daye's injuries resulted from the stabbing inflicted by Crystal Mangum. If not for Crystal's act, Daye would not have needed treatment and would still be alive.
This legal concept is "proximate cause".
It does not matter how Daye died. What matters is he should not have been stabbed.

Because I had nothing better to do, I went looking for recent news on CGM.
I was a bit surprised to find she has a presence now on Facebook and already has a number of "Friends".
Among this group of friends, were former(?) J4N members, Jackie Wagstaff and Steven Matherly. Not listed? Sidney Harr (nor was there any mention of any "wedding", for that matter).
She doesn't have any posts regarding the "work" Sid is doing for her, either here or on SubStack-- I doubt she's even aware of it.

Earlier today, July 23, 2026, Crystal Mangum and I filed a lawsuit in Durham Superior Court's Civil Division.
It is my hope to have it posted as a blog by Saturday or Sunday.

Mangum also has her relationship status as “divorced”. She and Sid aren’t engaged, and they’re not getting married.
Anonymous -- I'm not surprised Sid isn't s FB friend of Mangum. He pretty much gave up his FB presence shortly after creating the J4N FB page. I doubt he has maintained a social media presence outside of this blog or Substack.
A Durham Man - Kenhyderal was never a real person. In all likelihood, the person pretending to be Kenhyderal is one of Crystal Mangum's FB friends. One who knew she was going to (finally) admit that she falsely accused the 3 Duke LAX Players and left the blog before their past comments blow up in their face.
Don't you have a gatekeeper order in Durham? We may never see that lawsuit if the Judge considers it just more of your frivolous nonsense.

Just for your edification, if a gatekeeper order was in place, I would not have been able to file the lawsuit.
Despite all his lawsuits, Sid still doesn't know how to do something as basic as serve the proper party. This lawsuit will go nowhere until Sid learns who he is supposed to be serving. Then it will go nowhere because it's the same nonsense he's been spewing.
