Anonymous said... Sid ... one problem you still have, and completely ignore is that you keep saying that because you believe Daye didn't die due to the stab wound, Crystal should never have been charged.
Thing is, as has been explained to you - unless the stabbing was self-defense, it's still a felony. It may not be murder, but it's still a felony.
You still haven't explained anything you'd have done differently in the self-defense phase (except Daye's inadmissible record).
If her attorneys betrayed her, why did they try so hard for self-defense?
I believe that Mangum stabbed Daye in self-defense... especially considering he was intoxicated, busted down the door, gouged her face with his fingernails. I believe Daye was choking her when she stabbed him. However, I do not believe her attorney ever fought hard for self-defense as he conducted no investigation and did not even bring up the incident of prior domestic violence in which Daye abused her physically to the point where her friend Larry O'Briant took her to an urgent care clinic. This was in prosecution discovery, but Meier didn't even know about it... much less bring it up.
At the end of the last sharlog sometroll posted a previous post that I had made questioning the Super Duper Cooper status of things.
Your reply to that led to my questioning the wellbeing of the nation and the state if the people were required to always have to choose between evils in order to exercise their rights to vote.
My line of thought runs similar when thinking of voting for either McCory or Cooper for the next governor since they are ignoring the obvious fraud and threat to all citizens of this state by ignoring the issues in Ms. Mangum's case. I mean - as we speak - they continue to ignore - and more continue to get harmed as they ignore the harm caused by what they ignore. Why vote for that type possibly deadly outcomes if you (as the people) are harmed by what you vote for either way?
???
There are degrees of evil. People should vote for the individual possessing the less evilness. Although A.G. Cooper has not dealt with Mangum properly or fairly, I doubt that had McCrory or any Republican been in position of A.G., that they would've acted differently. At least Cooper is more likely to protect the people rather than the corporations and nobility.
he conducted no investigation and did not even bring up the incident of prior domestic violence in which Daye abused her physically to the point where her friend Larry O'Briant took her to an urgent care clinic.
How do you know there was no investigation? And, did you miss the part in the trial where he brought up everything you say, in addition, the neighbor testified to ongoing abuse and fighting. Meier asked Crystal about it, and she denied it. Said Daye had never raised her voice to him, never been angry, nothing. That prior to this there had never been any issues with Daye.
Clearly he did know about it, and was asking his client about it, but when Crystal denied it, repeatedly, under oath, both on Direct and Cross, there isn't anything that can be done with that. Should have have called his client a liar?
You have no idea what was done to prepare for the trial, other than your butthurt over no one contacting you.

When Woody Vann was Mangum's attorney, he filed a motion for the State to provide funding for an investigator. Although extremely late in the course of things, he was let go by Mangum prior to the court acting on it. He was the only attorney who got funding for a defense expert witness (Roberts), but his problem, like others, was that he withheld the Roberts report from Mangum.
Meier never filed for an investigator to be paid by the state or for an expert witness. Do you have any information to suggest he conducted a relevant investigation?
Do you think Mr. Cooper is any likely to protect the corporations and 'nobility' over the people if he doesn't protect Ms. Mangum in such a public way as this blog and the media has provided proof of? Since most elections are more 'bought' by the corporations and 'nobility' these days, and by the media which belongs to the corps is what drives the votes in many instances, do you really think Mr. Cooper is actually for the people if he hopes to be elected?
Meier never filed for an investigator to be paid by the state or for an expert witness. Do you have any information to suggest he conducted a relevant investigation?
You know this how? There was an investigator sitting behind them throughout the trial, Dr. Roberts was still on the case, there was 1 expert who testified, and another expert they tried to have testify but the Judge wouldn't let the testimony in.
So, that's an investigator and at least 3 experts - you are once again completely and totally wrong, not that you will admit it.
Expert funding requests are often not filed with the Court so that the other side (the State) can't see what experts the Defense is consulting, and thus deduce possible defenses.
The fact there were 3 experts (including Dr. Roberts), and an investigator leads me to believe that despite your contentions, there was some actual investigation and work going on.
Unless you think all those people worked for free, or were just pretending.
The report from SICU clearly states the intubation malpractice and concern about DT's - how could Dr. Nichols have missed it? But, the name on the report is Richard Douglas as the patient, not Mr. Daye. ???
The defense attorneys investigating this one piece of evidence and presenting their findings to the jury would have been at least a start in investigating what really happened to Mr. Daye to cause his demise.
It would be interesting to see in detailed steps how Mr. Daye deteriorated to the level of destruction that is claimed in Dr. Nichols' autopsy report from the successful operation performed at Duke that repaired the knife wound with prognosis for full recovery. Is that possible? I mean, at some point, if Dr. Nichols' report is not fraudulent and a blatant professional intentional cover-up, Duke must have horribly mutilated Mr. Daye to the point of what Dr. Nichols claims he saw. So, what happened to Mr. Daye?
Do you think that 'they' are covering up the ME discrepancies because it raises serious concerns about any other Duke malpractice case when autopsy reports are involved? Even if an autopsy report is produced from outside the NC ME system, Duke's lack of taking accountability and responsibility for their own malpractice and informing the DA about discrepancies on the ME report used to charge and convict Ms. Mangum is now on full display to the public, et.al.
Do you think Duke's business style is to NOT take accountability and responsibility for their own malpractice and harm unless forced to do so based on what you have seen with this case and others involving Duke?
Do you think the Duke / Durham / NC justice and medical examiners systems are set up and run in a manner designed to enable Duke to NOT take responsibility and accountability for their own malpractice and harm based on what you have seen?
Do you think Duke is using this case as a fear mongering control tactic to intimidate and threaten the public et. al. and in order to support and promote their billions of dollars donatable worthy image and status?
The Richard Douglas has been explained many times on this blog.
As to your other repeated points - like all healthcare organizations, Duke is frequently sued for, and pays for, malpractice. Why do you keep pretending they aren't?
What's funny is you can't answer a simple question because it doesn't fit your worldview. It's not trolling to ask someone for proof.
You are the joke, and the reason we laugh is how pathetic you really are.
I hope you realize this is all a big joke too, cause if you really can't support any position, and are that paranoid and crazy, you really should be institutionalized.

you are WORSE than evil I'm not the only one who has said that either btw
Because it's not trolling to ask questions. That's the reason we can't stop - we aren't trolling, we are simply asking questions and asking you to justify your positions and defend them.
it doesn't fit the fy, stfu, blah criteria that is the only thing left to say to evil duke troll it g(s)... after having to fight them off 1000 and 2 times
fy evil duke troll it g ... insane hate-crime blog monger, and generally annoying, obnoxious, racist, and discredited crazymaking dukie
blah
... never knew Duke was SO unprofessional as to run their business this way ... even creating their own little evil duke troll gang to terrorize anyone who questions them in any way ... even about Duke's malpractice that by law they are responsible for but aren't so ya have to read bout it in the media and on blogs and watch people put on trial and blamed for murder for the avoidable deadly malpractice that Duke themselves document in a medical record that is public information since its part of the murder trial they necessitated with their deadly and preventable malpractice
It's not even worth trying to have a discussion with you - you just repeat the same crap over and over and clearly ignore all the times it has been responded to. So, blah blah blah ... with friends like y'all, no wonder Crystal is so messed up.

The lady who testified as a domestic violence expert admitted that she barely had time to study the case. The expert witness who did not testify before the jury talked about the physical force needed to knock a door off its frame. Big deal.
Meier should've called Larry O'Briant to testify and presented records from Mangum's urgent care visit.
Meier should've had Dr. Roberts testify and bring forth her review of Nichols' work.
Face it, Meier threw the case and enabled the prosecution to prevail.
Dr. Nichols didn't miss it. He purposely fabricated his autopsy report and gave perjured testimony in order to enable the prosecution to charge Mangum with murder.
Daye was initially admitted under an alias. The alias Durham police gave Daye was Richard Dong... with Dong being a slang derogatory term for the male genital organ. At least Duke University Hospital had the decency to change it from Dong to Douglas.
It would be interesting to see in detailed steps how Mr. Daye deteriorated to the level of destruction that is claimed in Dr. Nichols' autopsy report from the successful operation performed at Duke that repaired the knife wound with prognosis for full recovery. So, what happened to Mr. Daye?
You make a good observation. The most likely scenario is that the surgery was a success and Dr. Nichols merely fabricated all of the lesions. Had the lesions been actually produced, then Dr. Nichols would have taken photos of them at autopsy. As it was, the only photos he took were of the lung, and the chest cavity was never even entered during surgery.
After 3 days Duke still didn't find out his real name and update his patient information accordingly? ??? It is a death statement afterall, but not for Mr. Daye.
Do you think that 'they' are covering up the ME discrepancies because it raises serious concerns about any other Duke malpractice case when autopsy reports are involved? The cover up in the discrepancies is to mislead the public into believing the autopsy report. Duke University Hospital and the Durham prosecutors had no idea that I would get my hands on the medical records from prosecution discovery and put them online. Mangum's third attorney Scott Holmes made an effort to have me remove all of this information from this blog site. The mainstream media is still suppressing the truth from the people. The only source of enlightenment about the Crystal Mangum case is this blog site.
The lady who testified as a domestic violence expert admitted that she barely had time to study the case. The expert witness who did not testify before the jury talked about the physical force needed to knock a door off its frame. Big deal.
But, right there you are showing you were wrong, but won't admit it - there were experts, whether you agreed with them or not, and the use of force expert was relevant for self-defense, and no the other expert didn't have time, because no one, before Meier, hired her, and he had limited time due to your meddling.
Just admit you are wrong. You can disagree with the experts, but you can't deny they weren't there.
As for calling O'Briant, and bringing up the Urgent Care visit - you think it would have been good for Meier to directly contradict his client's testimony, and admit that she was lying under oath to the jury?
I would put the Duke doctors on the stand and ask them why they didn't just start antibodies (a very common thing that is done in hospitals) in case there was an infection, why a CT scan that carried the risk of fatal intubations was carried out with disregard to the safety of the patient when his death by their malpractice would cause such a risk to them in this case, why they covered it up by not taking responsibility, why not a chest xray or other means of discovery (like a blood test for infection or other xray methods that did not carry the risk of death) was not used, etc.
Why did they choose such a risky procedure? It was NOT necessary at that time. And if it was, why weren't they prepared to insure his safety?
Why assume anything? This stuff should all be on trial and you and I should never be 'diss'cussing it in the first place (if there is going to be trial at all which there wouldn't be if Duke didn't intubate Mr. Daye to death).
You don't put it in court if the information is damaging to the Defendant. The case wasn't about Duke, or public need to know, it was about defending Crystal.
If the doctors were going to say stuff that would hurt Crystal, even if it would expose evil Duke, or bad acts by Duke, it wouldn't come in - unless it would help Crystal.
So, if it didn't come in, you have to assume either that there was no investigation (though it has been shown that there were experts, etc., despite what Sid says, so he's wrong), or the investigation revealed that their testimony would not be helpful to Crystal, so it wasn't used.
Or you can assume it's a big conspiracy and Sid is the only honest person.
I tend to believe there was an investigation and the evidence would have been harmful to Crystal so it wasn't used.
Why do you keep trying to make this case about more than Crystal? Should her and her lawyer have sacrificed her for your and Sid's anti-Duke agenda? He seems to think so, so do you.
That's just sad and pathetic, and says a lot about how evil and twisted you really are.
Oh, and has been noted all the time - there still would have been a trial - don't forget, Crystal stabbed Daye.
Absent self-defense, she would have still been tried for AWDWIKISI. Duke had nothing to do with there being a trial. The only way Crystal could have gotten a NG is self-defense, and nothing that happened to Daye at Duke affected that at all.
To the person bemoaning Duke being part of this case:
ya got Duke medical records covered up by the NC ME and documenting deadly preventable and avoidable malpractice killing a patient who otherwise would have survived a non-lethal self-defensive knife wound and that is used to wrongly incarcerate Ms. Mangum, and you actually think Duke isn't a part of the case?
man, always amazing to me the evil things ya actually get forced to watch (if ya read the news) when it involves duke ... always
When I think of Mr. Cooper running for governor I am always reminded of when, a few years back at about the same time the lacrosse case was raging in the media, the News and Observer ran a series on the Mental Health Reform in NC (which was a total deadly disaster for many of NC's most vulnerable and discriminated against and their families). What happened was some head of HS gave the paper a bunch of records of people who had been killed in some of the state's mental hospitals by the hospital. The thing was though, the response by the governor was to fire this headperson in HS, and then not give a damn (seemingly) about the questionable deaths. And what strikes me about Mr. Cooper is that he is actually in the position as AG to deal with the state employees, but not necessarily the public at all. But he didn't appear to do anything about any of it. That's what I think about when I think about Mr. Cooper taking reign of a position to actually stand for 'the people'. A lot of people died from all that, and a lot of harm was done which continues to this day.
So what is seen now in this case is not a new evil seen only to happen to Ms. Mangum. It is seen as part and parcel of how this state is run. That same undercurrent that supports the republicans to greater power in this state as a desperate cry from 'the people' in response to what the reality of the state actually is. However, nothing changes except the corruption becomes more entrenched and turned into laws against the people (seemingly). The democrats would thus need to produce a candidate for governor who is not already entrenched in what the people perceive (rightly so) as a failed and broken goverment producing more harm and corruption than good. It can't just be this leader is horrible, so try a different party - even if also horrible just to get the heat off one party's evil by the evil they will surely create in order to convince 'the people' that the first evil is better than the second afterall. I think after awhile most people will get tired of being the ping pong ball in a game they were never meant to win in the first place.
Anonymous Anonymous said... As for calling O'Briant, and bringing up the Urgent Care visit - you think it would have been good for Meier to directly contradict his client's testimony, and admit that she was lying under oath to the jury?
O'Briant gave a handwritten statement which I have posted before on this blog site... transcribed, even. That is a matter of record. It wouldn't have been too problematic for someone to go to the urgent care to pick up records of her visit.
Much of what Mangum testified to was probably under the direction of Meier... for example, not to attack Daye.

Your point is well taken. I agree the risks of introducing oral contrast outweighed the benefits... especially considering the high dosage of sedatives which definitely impaired his gag reflex. If they deemed a contrast study was necessary, then it would've been wise to protect his airway by intubating him prior to introducing contrast agent in a naso-gastric tube.
As far as infection goes, I am not aware of any cultures taken, not aware of an infectious disease consultation, and I am not aware of any antibiotics, other than those used during the operation, being given to Daye.
Anonymous said... You assume Meier didn't talk to the doctors, and didn't know that their testimony wouldn't be helpful. Why assume that? Because Sid says so?
Sid who still thinks Dr. Roberts' report was exculpatory, even though it verfies the conclusion of Nichols (even if it says the report was sloppy).
The Nichols' autopsy report was not only sloppy, but it was inaccurate, biased, full of fabrications, and totally unreliable.
I agree with you in many respects... but I know of no Democratic candidate to recommend to replace Cooper. Although I think Democrats in general are more empathetic and caring for the plight of the poor and disadvantaged, as politicians they seem to always put their political survival and re-election before the welfare of their constituents.
Then Mr. Cooper's attitude about this case should be challenged and enlightened perhaps in order to make him more aware of the people's need for him to protect their rights to health services free of the type of abuse you see in this current case? That is if his hopes of standing for the people as governor is sincere, and if he is to be taken seriously by the people.
If the NC ME can have the audacity to produce the report it did in this case, imagine the reports that were done on others as vulnerable, like patients of state mental hospitals. I wonder if there will ever be an investigation and justice for the deaths, and if there is, whether the discrepancies between medical reports and autopsy reports will be just as apparent to even nonmedical persons as in this case.
Much of what Mangum testified to was probably under the direction of Meier... for example, not to attack Daye.
Has Mangum told you that Meier told her to lie, or are you pulling that out of your ass? Because if a lawyer advises a client to lie on the stand, that client needs to immediately file a Bar Complaint and that lawyer would lose their license.
That's a serious allegation, and unless Crystal backs it up with a bar complaint (which would be totally valid), is one you are clearly making up.
What events are you planning to recognize the first anniversary of Ms. Mangum's conviction?
You can start the day with a rally at the Durham County Courthouse, followed by a massive protest at Duke University Hospital. A crowd of thousands will send a message to the Powers-That-Be that will swing the pendulum of justice in Ms. Mangum's favor.
I urge that these protests remain non-violent. You will have to monitor the protesters more closely than you do the trolls who comment on this blog.
So evil duke troll g..., your suggestion is for a massive protest and rally? Are you going to lead the protest? Where and how are you going to get all the protesters to join in - or are you planning on doing your evil duke troll trick of switching between an array of characters in order to troll yourself to masquerade as the evil duke troll gang? That Would be interesting to watch.
It's all the same to me whether Crystal rots in jail. Sidney, who is my friend, would like to get her out. I'm giving him my advice as to how to do this. I might add that how you feel is absolutely of no importance to me.
Sid has about 5 people who even look at this website anymore. He could probably get maybe 2 people to his rally, not thousands.
Oh, and he's letting it slip that he isn't interested in Crystal. He says he believes Crystal's attorney advised her to lie under oath. Oddly she doesn't say that. If her attorney advised her to lie under oath, that would get her a new trial and him in serious condition. She'd have to file the complaint, it can't be Sid and the beliefs he pulled out of his ass, but that's a serious allegation that he refuses to pursue because it doesn't help his crusade against Duke.
Sid has always only been for himself, never for Crystal.
Mind your manners. You face a steep uphill battle to get Mangum release. The law and the facts are firmly against you, as is public sentiment. Poor manners and insults will not gain you any support or switch anyone to your side. Behave.

The autopsy report on Daye has got to be one of the worst ever filed... making outrageous false findings without bothering to back them up with photographs as recommended by standards, and a conclusion that is totally unsupported by fact... not to mention gross omissions of salient events and incidents (esophageal intubation and cardiac arrest, and weeklong coma with elective removal from life support being just a few).
Sidney, I think it would be great if you could get Kenhyderal, Kilgo, and Mike Nifong to join the protest! Any chance of that?
I guess that's possible, but maybe not so realistic. I am in Raleigh and have easy access to the General Assembly. Plus, I've studied her case and have prosecution discovery and a blog site. It would be difficult for Mike Nifong to get involved as he has been vilified by the media and abused by it. However, that said, it's a thought. Maybe I'll look into it in the future.

I bet him a drink everytime someone actually takes him seriously, and you keep doing it.

how does anyone taking Dr. Harr seriously win YOU free drinks? What exactly did you bet and did Dr. Harr actually agree to by you a drink if NOONE took him seriously?
It is telling that duke has the type supporters it has on this blog instead of a reasoned, legal, professional, concerned reply from duke and resolution to all the issues that are left to be settled only individually in the minds of all its patients and patrons, students, employees, fans, etc., etc., etc., about this case and the lacrosse case, etc., but not in the court of law nor for the people involved in the cases or for the people in general.
When you actually have people INSISTING duke is beyond reproach even though everyone is left to reproach or not reproach at will based upon what they know or don't know after seeing what is going on through the absence of anything reasoned or legal about what duke is doing in this case(s) to indicate any other reason other than to reproach what they are doing while continuing to watch them not take responsibility nor concern for what they are doing while they are continue to do what they do (or don't do) - and thus leaving all to be reproached by those who do not reproach - or vice versus - because it is duke - afterall ... the only thing left is to question duke and the duke / durham justice system - what the frack are you doing?
Why is that? Is that the way duke always is?
That IS what you read and see in the 'news' about them afterall - over and over and over again - so it is not just a fluke for duke - it IS who they are and what they do to many.
Perhaps they calculate that doing as they do will bring their desired results. So - really - you have to wonder - what does duke REALLY want and why do they do what they do?
No one on this blog has said duke is beyond reproach - in fact they all have said Duke frequently does wrong and does pay for it. What they've said is there is zero evidence Duke did anything intentional in this case or had a clue why Daye was.
Saying there isn't an anti-crystal conspiracy is not the same as saying Duke is beyond reproach.
My thought is this is probabaly not the worst autopsy that would be found if anyone actually bothered to investigate the issue.
As far as bad autopsies go, the one on Daye would be extremely hard to beat... although I agree that there are probably plenty more that are severely substandard.

An innocent mother of three fraudulently convicted and locked up is about as humorous as a hemorrhoid.
This is nothing to joke about... although by looking at the autopsy report on Daye, one might consider it to be a joke as it bears no resemblance whatever to the truth.

This is nothing to joke about... although by looking at the autopsy report on Daye, one might consider it to be a joke as it bears no resemblance whatever to the truth.
So are you saying that you are under the impression that Dr. Harr will buy you a drink if you can troll, harrass, falsly accuse obsessively, and generally make a fracking fool of yourself by trying to make others look 'bad' so much on this blog that noone would take him seriously ... or what?
so, since durham / duke judicial system is so fracked up to the point where these allegations exist,
but people like you insist that they don't because of various reasons,
yet because of the fracked up system that cannot be accessed due to lack of viable lawyers, judges, and da's, sbi, etc. by any to insure a balance of power with duke in durham and to prove or disprove these serious allegations,
that distrusting durham / duke / and the system is not based on the fact of the obvious and clear presentation and existance of this fracked up system that cannot be trusted to deliver services that do not harm in malicious and intentional and professionally negligent manners ...
seriously evil duke troll it g... you complain wrongly that i have nothing to say so you feel free to troll me obssessively, yet instead of saying anything yourself except to troll obssessively, you plagerize and repost others past posts obssessively (including mine) in order to say something.
you are a fracking evil duke troll it g... to the bone
Dr. Harr, did you actually bet with evil duke troll it g... over whether it could achieve its goals of creating an environment on your blog where you could not be taken seriously?
Is there any way for ya'll to end your bet now? Who won do you think?
note: evil duke troll it g... is plagerizing and reposting again just like it always does, for its amusement and in attempts to win this bet if there is one. Any way you can finally support the notion that evil duke troll g...'s little bet end sooner than later as many have requested already on this blog?
make that the previous and the one before it (actually by the time this post is posted there will probably be more since evil duke troll it g... is on a roll again)
NOTE: Dr. Harr, the next posts will be only the evil duke troll it g...s evil trolling and plagerism and reposting, so seriously, my question about this bet your friend g... claims exists is one I would like you to answer and address since my request of your support in asking it to stop is serious. Thanks.
q... your posts as usual hold no meaning at all except that you are an evil duke troll from kc's blog.
Why don't ya'll (you especially) stop trolling me copying and pasting my or anyone else's past posts to start new trolls and arguments against your own trolled cut and paste posts, and then screaming quit whining or quit trolling when a reply is given in defense or asking you to stop or whatever? Seriously.
Why do you think your agendas give you the right to troll others who do not hold your agenda nor outlook on thinks guiwon? The evil duke troll gang you belong to? Is that it?
All your questions have been answered by Dr. Harr before. He seems very busy on other more important things right now, so truly, why do you keep trolling him over and over and over again except to annoy him and everyone else (except your fellow evil duke troll gang who cheers your harrassment on perhaps).
Dr. Harr, if I may give you just a bit of advice which I'm sure you already know, ignore the troll. The troll(s) do not deserve your time while you have more important things to think about.
Anyway, the trolls are as annoying as the gov. pushing the 10 billion dollar coal ash cleanup on consumers, (wonder why they didn't store the ash the right way to begin with ya know and WHY does it cost 10 Billion), while its revealed that duke energy will be one of the main consumers of natural gas, and a new pipeline and immediate drilling on state owned lands is on the push table. Ya know, that's so fracked up, makes a person want to knock on the door at the gov. mansion and ask the man why, ya know, why are ya'll so greedy and why are so many public school teachers resigning, and do you give a damn about anything but duke, but, hey, he might not like that one would assume.
anyway ... that was just in the news ...
so ... yeah the troll(s) are as annoying as that on purpose, and they think it's a.o.k. to do what they do cuz it's duke just like the gov.
Duke wants people to be naive about them obviously as shown by the coverup in this case. It is disturbing to watch them in action that is a fact that unfortunately more and more will finally realize, hopefully before it is too late. One can only hope, but mother nature is always so much more powerful and unpredictable, ya just never know what might happen. Course then duke will charge the consumers 20 billion to clean up their destruction, probably ...
How to stop them is the 64 billion dollar question.
You have important work to do with what your doing on these current cases.
just anything to put me down and falsly accuse me right - nothing you say means anything anyway - since you basically sit here and troll anything and everything that anyone says on this blog that is anyway truthful about duke - everything to you is bully and troll and falsly accuse and disparage others
new low for you - or are you always this mean and stupid - oh wait - you are just trying to prove my point that duke is mean - it is a game to them - and they do not care how evil they are - as long as they feel like they 'win'
It appears Guiwon, in a continued effort to win the drinking bet it claims exists between ya'll, has taken to the habit of not taking you or anyone else seriously on this blog in a further attempt to win this bet.
Your support as always is requested in asking Guiwon to stop.
Is it true about the bet claimed?
Are you aware that Guiwon is serious about this bet to the point of acting rather insane on this blog continuously, even when asked repeatedly to stop and requiring you to create the Kenydrl Rules you sometimes have to enfore on Guiwon's posts?

I have no bets with guiowen. I assumed that he had made bets with some of his friends. Although guiowen and some commenters may not take the blog site seriously, I will have the last laugh when Mangum is exonerated.

Thanks for your comment. Because my computer time at the library online is limited I am selective in comments that I choose to respond. Also, I do limit my time when working on sharlogs... like the current one which discusses the Appeals Brief filed by Mangum's appeals attorney. It is quite shocking what she has to say. Hope to have it posted before week's end.
That's great and all that you are troll proof and obviously ignore them, however, they have abused and harrassed everyone on this blog who is not in their evil duke troll gang or that might be a part of g....s drinking buddies and bets made. For what it is worth, g... is the one you made the kendryl rules for not the troll weary poster dubbed tinhat by the evil troll gang (note: g.... is probably break too since it likes to switch between characters frequently, like Dr. Anonymous for one).
So anyway, thanks for clearing up that easily verified lie that g... tells and acts upon. If you could, please don't support it in its continued trolling efforts. I would hate to have to bother to make yet another rule to control its mistaken obssession with winning a drinking bet that does not exist between you and the evil duke troll it g...
Comments have been made on this blog that perhaps you have conflicted loyalties as well which may shadow your decisions made in this case. I suspect most people would given the nature of Duke and health system decisions and options available.
I hope you are recovering well from your recent struggle with cancer. Sincerely.
I agree with a lot of what you have tried to do to assist in this case, and also for your reasons for doing some things based upon your wellfounded realization of serious conflicts and biases in the justice system and Duke. I would just stress caution as well in continued communication about this case as well for Ms. Mangum's sake. It is her case, and the question of whether you inform her of what you are doing on her behalf in the public and on this blog is a reasonable one as such. She needs no further harm brought to her, intentional or not, as I am sure you agree. I hope she is doing well as well.
Take good care of yourself and may your recovery be speedy and complete. Thank you for what you attempt to do to assist Ms. Mangum and 'the people' in this case. It is interesting to watch what you do and how the system ignores the harm that it and Duke bring upon 'the people' with cover-ups and fraud, etc.

As far as Mangum goes, all I have been trying to do from the start is get her free of the ridiculous murder charge, as it was apparent to me early on that it was nothing more than a vendetta. Because I had the prosecution discovery with the medical records, I've done everything I can to make them available for the public so that they can see the discrepancies between the records and Dr. Nichols' autopsy report.
The problem is that Mangum's attorneys have been turncoats... including her current Appeals attorney. You will get an idea once you view my next sharlog which should be posted hopefully by week's end.
Anonymous said... Are you talking to Crystal at all, or you just assuming she has nothing to do with the appeal, and going off without consulting her?
If you want to pretend you care about her, you might want to actually get her opinion on things before you act.
I do communicate weekly by phone with Mangum... starting recently. I believe that all phone calls to her are monitored and recorded.
As far as helping her out, I believe that it is in her best interests for me to do whatever I can as quickly as I can to best expedite her release from prison. It would be too cumbersome and time consuming for me to run things past her before acting. Even though she may not agree with what I do, I believe that I know what is in her best interests and what will work to help get her released. The PTBs are very influential and it is difficult to make significant inroads.
Anonymous said... Will you take it all back if the appeal results in a new trial?
New trial..? Hardly. Any half-competent appeals attorney should be able to get a judge to overturn the conviction and exonerate Mangum. Why waste taxpayer money, court time, and state resources on another ridiculous and embarrassing trial?
So, basically Sid is saying he doesn't care what Crystal wants, he is going to do what he wants, even though he is the only one who claims it helps, everyone else with even a modicum of training says he is hurting her. But, he doesn't care ... they are all traitors and turncoats. Only the narcissist who cannot admit he is wrong and who has never won a case among the 40+ he's filed is right (I'm sure there are turncoats across the country going after Sid).
You are a disgrace, and with a friend like you, Crystal is screwed. You destroyed her case, and you are rapidly working to do the same on the appeal.
"When Woody Vann was Mangum's attorney, he filed a motion for the State to provide funding for an investigator.
Do you have any information to suggest he conducted a relevant investigation?" October 14, 2014 at 10:05 AM ---
What was the stated purpose for the request for an investigator by Mr. Vann? What type of investigator was requested?
I was surprised that the expert witness did not seem to actually be that informed about Ms. Mangum or the case, but since Mr. Meier did not request funding for an expert witness, I quess she didn't have the actual time away from her paid duties perhaps to understand the case. An expert witness would need some time to actually understand the entire case, which the one that was available for the trial claimed she had very little of to prepare. He should have applied for a licensed professional able to give testimony in court about some of the issues that the prosecutor disallowed in court on the grounds that the witness was not professionally accredited to give reliable testimony on the subject matter. A major lapse of professional judgement, at the least, by Mr. Meier.
Is Ms. Mangum able to read this blog from prison, Dr. Harr?

I'm sure he did request funding - Sid just doesn't want to admit it (and he's dumb enough to look in the Court file, not realizing there are other ways to request funding in murder cases that don't alert the State to what you are doing). But, with an Investigator and 3 experts ... I'm sure they weren't working for free.
It amazes me how Sid can shit out an opinion, call it a fact, and you eat it right up.
The lack of credentials by the expert witness testifying about the violence against women and mental health issues in relation to it is made even more glaringly obvious by the fact that Duke does have credetialed persons who possibly and probably are called as expert witnesses on these same issues in similar type trials. Mr. Meier should have known that, and acted accordingly in Ms. Mangum's defense.
In addition it can be concluded that Duke is very knowledgeable in what they do to harm Ms. Mangum and others in the realm of understanding the mental and emotional issues involved in this case. They are as able to know the ways to harm in relation to the knowledge they have of 'cures', and in Duke's case, their knowledge of harm is probably more fine tuned.
What amazes me is the mass of assumptions Sid and his supporters make. He refuses to ask anyone anything, he just makes assumptions, assumes they are facts, and goes forward. No wonder you have no credibility. You make shit up.
Then you refuse to admit you were wrong. You first say no experts, then when pointed out Meier had an Investigator and 3 experts, you say "well, they weren't good."
Which is it? None, or you just don't like the ones chosen? Can't be both.
Sidney said, "Any half-competent appeals attorney should be able to get a judge to overturn the conviction and exonerate Mangum."
But Sidney, one and two years ago you were telling us that the indictment would be thrown out and the trial would never be held.
gui, mon ami,
I did say that because that is what I truly believed. Never in a million years could I have imagined this bogus and baseless case going to trial... and I didn't think the prosecution would be able to find a turncoat attorney willing to represent Mangum... you'll notice that Scott Holmes jumped ship and abandoned Mangum's case on some rinky-dink excuse. However, the State did manage to dredge up Daniel Meier to do the dirty work for them and sabotage his client.

Basically what I'm saying is that I believe that I know what is best for Crystal... that Crystal doesn't know what to do and that she has no strategy. I tried to get her to study her case and prepare to defend herself in court... if it came to that... which it unfortunately did. But she instead listened to her attorneys who told her to lie low and not do anything. Then they proceeded to help destroy her. The least she should've done to help herself is insist that Dr. Roberts take part in her trial. Instead there was no medical person to challenge Dr. Nichols' outlandish statements and lies.

I don't think Mangum has computer or internet access.
Woody Vann filed a motion and order similar to the one to provide funding for the forensic pathologist. In September 2012, according to discovery, he drafted a Motion and Order for the State to provide funds for a private investigator.
Neither Meier, Holmes, nor Sella filed such a motion to pay for a private investigator.
I believe that Meier's few expert witnesses were obtained at the last minute... and I have no idea of what, if any, compensation they received. To my thinking, however, they were totally useless... except for show.
The lack of credentials by the expert witness testifying about the violence against women and mental health issues in relation to it is made even more glaringly obvious by the fact that Duke does have credetialed persons who possibly and probably are called as expert witnesses on these same issues in similar type trials. I think it is pretty obvious that Meier did not prepare for this trial... he did no investigation. His cross-examination of Nichols was atrocious... said nothing about Nichols' perjured statement.

What investigator? What's his/her name?
As far as experts go, the physics door-bashing expert is totally irrelevant... who cares how much force it takes to knock a door off the frame.
The psychology expert was useless, as well. What Mangum needed was medical expert witnesses to point out problems with Dr. Nichols' autopsy report and the circumstances of Daye's death.
HEY, EVERYBODY... LISTEN UP!! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!! Just to give a bit of follow-up... the pending sharlog (which will contain the Appeals Brief filed my Mangum's appeals attorney) is going along on schedule and should be posted no later than Saturday. It'll be a real eye opener.
Neither Meier, Holmes, nor Sella filed such a motion to pay for a private investigator.
Right, because as Walt, A-Lawyer, or any other attorney who has experience with 1st Degree Murder cases can tell you, those requests are supposed to be filed with Indigent Defense Services, not the Court, so that the State isn't clued in to your defense.
The mistake was Vann filing it with the Court, but he may have done that before it became a murder case. But, any funding requests from Shella, Holmes, or Meier, would go to Indigent Defense Services, not the Court.
But, no one can expect you to actually research the crap you spew - you just make assumptions and go with them, no matter how wrong, and easily disproved.
In the case where Dr. Nichols finally was fired, if recalling correctly, the lawyer finally was able to get a judge or DA to get the SBI to investigate the issues with the murder case in question and Dr. Nichols professional performance. So, in order to investigate what Dr. Nichols did wrong the SBI is needed (and a judge or DA to get them to investigate?).
What did Mr. Vann request funds for a private investigator to investigate? Does it state on the request for funds to the state what the purpose of the investigation was?
When you met with the new Durham DA what Exactly did ya'll talk about?
Did you deliver a letter outlining your concerns and requests?
Did you ask specifically for the SBI to investigate the Nichols' autopsy report?
Did you ask specifically for the SBI to investigate the Duke malpractice and death of Mr. Daye at Duke's hospital?
As it stands now, the killers are practicing on the 'the people' freely as the innocent is imprisoned. This leaves 'the people's' safety at the mercy of the killers still. Did you address this issue Specifically?
How exactly did the meeting go with the new Durham DA?
Thank you for your time in answering these questions completely, as it seems that the Durham DA is the person responsible for making sure these issues are addressed. Is there a judge who can also address these issues?
Malpractice, by definition, is an accident, or a mistake. The SBI would never investigate that. Now, if there is evidence that Duke intentionally killed someone, that would be murder, not malpractice, and the SBI would be appropriate.
But, you sound like a blithering idiot constantly talking about intentional malpractice. There is no such thing.
There are 3 options with regard to Daye:
1. It was not malpractice, which is what Dr. Roberts says;
2. It was malpractice, meaning an accident/mistake on the part of Duke; or
3. It was an intentional act on the part of employees of Duke, in other words, they committed First Degree Murder, facing the possibility of the Death Penalty and/or Life Without Parole.
Only #3 would cut off Mangum's liability, and there is no evidence that it was murder on the part of Duke employees and doctors.
But, please stop talking about intentional malpractice. All that does is continue to show how clueless and deluded you really are. There is no such thing.
It doesn't really matter which of the 3 you believe, just be correct - you cannot believe in intentional malpractice. It was either intentional (which is murder), or it was not intentional (then either not malpractice, or malpractice, whichever you believe).
It's sad that Sid the doctor seems as confused on the issue as you.
So, your conspiracy-addled mind goes so far as to think low-level employees (or any for that matter) would actually commit murder for Duke? Who do you think ordered this? How many people are in the conspiracy, and thus also guilty of murder?
It's more likely that Sid did it, as someone else has posited.
The State did charge the person who killed Mr. Daye with murder, and she was convicted. It was very straight forward and simple case and it didn't take the jury very long to render a verdict. The factthat you support Mr. Daye's killer does not chang ethese facts.
If you have any facts or evidence to support the claim that anyone at Duke killed Mr. Daye or is criminally responsible for his death, you need to come forward with it. The reality is that neither you nor Sid have an iota of evidence to support such a contention.
I understand that the existence of a conspiracy is necessary and essential component of Sid's claim that Mangum is innocent. However, simply claiming a conspiracy to explain away the flaws and gaps in Sid's theory of the case does not make it so. Conspiracies have to be proved by evidence. If such evidence exists, Sid has thus far been unwilling to disclose it.

When I met with Roger Echols a week after his first day on the job, I discussed that the Durham prosecutors' basis for the murder charge... the autopsy report on Daye... was totally fraudulent, and false, and that Dr. Nichols committed perjury. In addition to a letter, I believe I left him a disk along with my card and blog site address. I tried to encourage him to do the right thing and work to have the conviction against Mangum overturned. He asked me to get back with him in a week and a half, and when I called, his secretary said that he wasn't ready to talk with me and when he was that he would get in touch with me.
Actually, I was surprised to get the initial appointment... evidently his staff hadn't been warned about me. Not many people want to meet with me. The only staff to have courage to openly tell me so was that of former Lt. Governor Walter Dalton. His staff told me that they would never give me an appointment with him and were under orders never to give me anything in writing.
I'm sure the enlightenment will be along the lines of: Her appellate attorney, who likely actually talked to Crystal about what was going on, didn't buy into Sid's conspiracy theories, and therefore she must be a part of it.
There, saved you time Sid. That's pretty much what you are going to say.
No way will the state of North Carolina overturn the conviction of murdering car thieving black prostitute Crystal Mangum and they will never give Mike Nifong his law license back to him.He will never be able to prosecute people for crimes he knows they did not commit like a gang rape in a bathroom that was too small during a time warp. Not gonna happen.
Sid -- More information on the UNC academic fraud situation can be found here. Chancellor Carol Folt will not identify any of the terminated employees or those facing disciplinary review as a result of this investigation.
Looks like the grand jury in Saint Louis will do the right thing and not indict Officer Wilson for shooting black thug Michael Brown.Another win for law and justice.
So was he left in the middle of street uncovered to insure that the blood splatter investigative report was not obviously compromised, or was it to start a riotous race war and protest against police brutality and murder against blacks in order for the PTBs to have a reason to call out their new toys (er... tanks)?
"The St. Louis County Police Department, which almost immediately took over the investigation, had officers on the scene quickly, but its homicide detectives were not called until about 40 minutes after the shooting, according to county police logs, and they arrived around 1:30 p.m. It was another hour before an investigator from the medical examiner’s office arrived. And officials were contending with what they described as “sheer chaos” on Canfield Drive, where bystanders, including at least one of Mr. Brown’s relatives, frequently stepped inside the yellow tape, hindering investigators. Gunshots were heard at the scene, further disrupting the officers’ work. “Usually they go straight to their jobs,” Officer Brian Schellman, a county police spokesman, said of the detectives who process crime scenes for evidence. “They couldn’t do that right away because there weren’t enough police there to quiet the situation.” "
So, it seems that Ferguson police are accusing bystanders for being the reason why Brown’s body was not removed from the scene earlier.
The St. Louis Dispatch has the most comprehensive account chronicling the police response in the hours after Brown’s death.

Not really. What I have to say will merely prove that Mangum's appellant attorney is a turncoat, as well.

Mangum's murder charge will be overturned... unfortunately it's taken much longer than I thought it would.
Regarding Mike Nifong, he's made it clear to me that he would never practice law again even if his law license was reinstated. I don't blame him as he is probably totally disillusioned with the legal system.

Hey, Lance.
Thanks for the link. I just might add my perspective on the Wainstein investigation tomorrow. I think, at his salary of nearly $1,000/hr, the university was the big loser, and Wainstein and his law firm were the big winners.

I haven't been following Brown's case that closely, but one thing for sure... I don't put much faith in what the medical examiner has to say... especially after my experiences with the North Carolina Medical Examiner's Office regarding Daye's death.
Sidney said, "Not really. What I have to say will merely prove that Mangum's appellant attorney is a turncoat, as well."
So what you're saying is, she's a turncoat, but not really part of the conspiracy?
Amazing how Sid cannot be wrong. Anyone who disagrees with him is a traitor and a turncoat, and may, or may not, be part of a conspiracy against him. 40+ lawsuits spread over a lot of states, not a single victory among them ... that's a lot of traitors and turncoats and a huge anti-Sid conspiracy.
so, since durham / duke judicial system is so fracked up to the point where these allegations exist,
but people like you insist that they don't because of various reasons,
yet because of the fracked up system that cannot be accessed due to lack of viable lawyers, judges, and da's, sbi, etc. by any to insure a balance of power with duke in durham and to prove or disprove these serious allegations,
that distrusting durham / duke / and the system is not based on the fact of the obvious and clear presentation and existance of this fracked up system that cannot be trusted to deliver services that do not harm in malicious and intentional and professionally negligent manners ...
If Ms. Mangum could not get the protection of the cop that night as she asked, and was instead told to take care of the situation herself, why do you consider her a thug for protecting herself from Mr. Daye's assualtive behavior yet consider the cop shooting Mr. Brown dead in the street with an excessive, unnessary amount of shots justice and not thugish?
The police officer shot a thug who attacked him just like Zimmerman did.Brown committed a robbery right before he was taken out and Magnum had a criminal record when she made up the phoney story about being gang raped in a bathroom that was too small.
Mangum's murder conviction will never be overturned. She should be glad she's getting free room and board from the North Carolina taxpayers (i.e.whites).
You keep saying that "everyone" is saying Duke is perfect and beyond reproach - clearly you refuse to read or listen, because when you said that a few days ago, it was pointed out that no one is saying that, in fact, we all say that Duke frequently makes mistakes and are often sued, by lawyers, and often lose, and lose big in the Durham Courts.
Who is saying Duke is perfect and beyond reproach?
Why do you say Duke is immune from lawsuits and consequences when clearly they aren't?
Realize that Sid is wrong in this case - everything was investigated (they just weren't shared with Sid, so he ignores them - though Dr. Roberts herself said it wasn't malpractice or DTs, and that Crystal was responsible - and Sid admits she investigated, because she calls the autopsy sloppy).
The issue is they don't agree with Sid, so he considers them liars and traitors.
Sid is a paranoid, deluded, narcissist. You are clearly delusional and paranoid yourself.
I do with the racist asshole would stop posting, because there is no place for that.
To the 11:30, I'm sure there are lots of black taxpayers in NC. Maybe they don't make as much money as some of the whites, but the great majority of them pay their fair share.
I'm a senior citizen who believes that the state of North Carolina has harshly, excessively, and unjustly treated former Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong.

Sid ... one problem you still have, and completely ignore is that you keep saying that because you believe Daye didn't die due to the stab wound, Crystal should never have been charged.

Dr. Harr,
At the end of the last sharlog sometroll posted a previous post that I had made questioning the Super Duper Cooper status of things.

Dr. Harr,
Do you think Mr.
Dr. Harr,
The report from SICU clearly states the intubation malpractice and concern about DT's - how could Dr.
Dr. Harr,
What happened to Mr. Daye while he was on life support? Where are those records?
Dr. Harr,
It would be interesting to see in detailed steps how Mr. Daye deteriorated to the level of destruction that is claimed in Dr. Nichols' autopsy report from the successful operation performed at Duke that repaired the knife wound with prognosis for full recovery. Is that possible? I mean, at some point, if Dr. Nichols' report is not fraudulent and a blatant professional intentional cover-up,
Duke must have horribly mutilated Mr. Daye to the point of what Dr. Nichols claims he saw. So, what happened to Mr. Daye?
Dr. Harr,
Do you think that 'they' are covering up the ME discrepancies because it raises serious concerns about any other Duke malpractice case when autopsy reports are involved? Even if an autopsy report is produced from outside the NC ME system, Duke's lack of taking accountability and responsibility for their own malpractice and informing the DA about discrepancies on the ME report used to charge and convict Ms. Mangum is now on full display to the public, et.al.
Dr. Harr,
Do you think Duke's business style is to NOT take accountability and responsibility for their own malpractice and harm unless forced to do so based on what you have seen with this case and others involving Duke?
Do you think the Duke / Durham / NC justice and medical examiners systems are set up and run in a manner designed to enable Duke to NOT take responsibility and accountability for their own malpractice and harm based on what you have seen?
Dr. Harr,
Do you think Duke is using this case as a fear mongering control tactic to intimidate and threaten the public et. al. and in order to support and promote their billions of dollars donatable worthy image and status?
The Richard Douglas has been explained many times on this blog.
As to your other repeated points - like all healthcare organizations, Duke is frequently sued for, and pays for, malpractice. Why do you keep pretending they aren't?

The lady who testified as a domestic violence expert admitted that she barely had time to study the case. The expert witness who did not testify before the jury talked about the physical force needed to knock a door off its frame. Big deal.
Meier should've called Larry O'Briant to testify and presented records from Mangum's urgent care visit.
Meier should've had Dr. Roberts testify and bring forth her review of Nichols' work.
Face it, Meier threw the case and enabled the prosecution to prevail.

Daye.

Even if an autopsy report is produced from outside the NC ME system, Duke's lack of taking accountability and responsibility for their own malpractice and informing the DA about discrepancies on the ME report used to charge and convict Ms. Mangum is now on full display to the public, et.al.
I guess that explains the evil duke troll gang then and my thoughts about what Duke (and they) are doing.
You assume Meier didn't talk to the doctors, and didn't know that their testimony wouldn't be helpful. Why assume that? Because Sid says so?
Sid who still thinks Dr. Roberts' report was exculpatory, even though it verfies the conclusion of Nichols (even if it says the report was sloppy).
Why assume anything? This stuff should all be on trial and you and I should never be 'diss'cussing it in the first place (if there is going to be trial at all which there wouldn't be if Duke didn't intubate Mr. Daye to death).
???
No comments about the brief filed in Crystal's appeal Sid?

Dr. Harr,
When I think of Mr.

I'm not aware of anything filed in Crystal's appeal.
If your legal research skills are so poor you can't even check the Court of Appeals website, that explains a lot.
Dr. Harr:
What events are you planning to recognize the first anniversary of Ms. Mangum's conviction?
You can start the day with a rally at the Durham County Courthouse, followed by a massive protest at Duke University Hospital. A crowd of thousands will send a message to the Powers-That-Be that will swing the pendulum of justice in Ms. Mangum's favor.
I urge that these protests remain non-violent. You will have to monitor the protesters more closely than you do the trolls who comment on this blog.
To the 5:30,
I couldn't have said it better myself!
Sidney,
I think it would be great if you could get Kenhyderal, Kilgo, and Mike Nifong to join the protest! Any chance of that?
are you seriously so insane not to realize that YOU are the troll evil duke troll g...?
???
So evil duke troll g..., your suggestion is for a massive protest and rally? Are you going to lead the protest? Where and how are you going to get all the protesters to join in - or are you planning on doing your evil duke troll trick of switching between an array of characters in order to troll yourself to masquerade as the evil duke troll gang? That Would be interesting to watch.
to the 8:12,
You're the one who's unhappy with the situation, not I. I merely give advice.
advice to who if you are implying that you are fine with the situation?
???
p.s. no one needs your advice apparently since you have to resort to switching between characters just to troll and advise yourself
blah
It's all the same to me whether Crystal rots in jail. Sidney, who is my friend, would like to get her out. I'm giving him my advice as to how to do this.
I might add that how you feel is absolutely of no importance to me.
obviously
Tinfoil:

I question the wellbeing of you if you take anything Sid says seriously. But, you are winning me a lot of free drinks. Sid keeps trying to get more and more ridiculous to see if people still take him seriously.
I bet him a drink everytime someone actually takes him seriously, and you keep doing it.
Thanks (and yes, this is all just a joke to Sid).
October 14, 2014 at 6:47 AM
how does anyone taking Dr. Harr seriously win YOU free drinks? What exactly did you bet and did Dr. Harr actually agree to by you a drink if NOONE took him seriously?
???
Yes he actually agreed to that cause he wanted to show how gullible you actually are.
Actually, its more about how Duke and this state and the nation and PTB operate (at this time) just as much as anything.

As far as bad autopsies go, the one on Daye would be extremely hard to beat... although I agree that there are probably plenty more that are severely substandard.
HEY, EVERYBODY... LISTEN UP!
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
I have just recently viewed a copy of the appeal brief that Mangum's attorney filed on September 27th. Suffice it to say that it is outrageous.
A sharlog on the subject is now underway, and I hope to have it posted within a few days.

An innocent mother of three fraudulently convicted and locked up is about as humorous as a hemorrhoid.
This is nothing to joke about... although by looking at the autopsy report on Daye, one might consider it to be a joke as it bears no resemblance whatever to the truth.

Sidney,
Who is Crystal's appeals attorney?
Why would Dr. Harr agree to buy you a drink evil duke troll it g... if noone took him seriously just to prove how gullible someone was other than you?
makes no sense but coming from you its understandable
So are you saying that you are under the impression that Dr. Harr will buy you a drink if you can troll, harrass, falsly accuse obsessively, and generally make a fracking fool of yourself by trying to make others look 'bad' so much on this blog that noone would take him seriously ... or what?
oh, i see
so, since durham / duke judicial system is so fracked up to the point where these allegations exist,
but people like you insist that they don't because of various reasons,
yet because of the fracked up system that cannot be accessed due to lack of viable lawyers, judges, and da's, sbi, etc. by any to insure a balance of power with duke in durham and to prove or disprove these serious allegations,
that distrusting durham / duke / and the system is not based on the fact of the obvious and clear presentation and existance of this fracked up system that cannot be trusted to deliver services that do not harm in malicious and intentional and professionally negligent manners ...

It is disturbing to watch them in action that is a fact that unfortunately more and more will finally realize, hopefully before it is too late. One can only hope, but mother nature is always so much more powerful and unpredictable, ya just never know what might happen. Dr. Harr,
Comments have been made on this blog that perhaps you have conflicted loyalties as well which may shadow your decisions made in this case.

Thanks for your kind and insightful comment. Cancer-wise I am doing well.

New trial..? Hardly. Any half-competent appeals attorney should be able to get a judge to overturn the conviction and exonerate Mangum. Why waste taxpayer money, court time, and state resources on another ridiculous and embarrassing trial?
I do communicate weekly by phone with Mangum... starting recently. I believe that all phone calls to her are monitored and recorded.
All phone calls to and from all prisoners are recorded, it's not just her ... don't expand your conspiracy just yet.
Sidney said,
"Any half-competent appeals attorney should be able to get a judge to overturn the conviction and exonerate Mangum."
But Sidney, one and two years ago you were telling us that the indictment would be thrown out and the trial would never be held.
Dr. Harr,

He was the only attorney who got funding for a defense expert witness (Roberts), but his problem, like others, was that he withheld the Roberts report from Mangum.
Meier never filed for an investigator to be paid by the state or for an expert witness. Do you have any information to suggest he conducted a relevant investigation?"

It amazes me how Sid can shit out an opinion, call it a fact, and you eat it right up.
it doesn't amaze anyone how rude, mean, and hateful you are every time you post evil duke troll
blah
Dr. Harr,
The lack of credentials by the expert witness testifying about the violence against women and mental health issues in relation to it is made even more glaringly obvious by the fact that Duke does have credetialed persons who possibly and probably are called as expert witnesses on these same issues in similar type trials. Mr. Meier should have known that, and acted accordingly in Ms. Mangum's defense.
Dr. Harr,
In addition it can be concluded that Duke is very knowledgeable in what they do to harm Ms.
The assumptions you assume are actually common knowledge and readily available on the internet.
What investigator did Mr. Meier have and what was his investigator investigating?

So, elsewhere on the Internet there are statements about how there were no experts procured by Meier or anyone but Vann?
Elsewhere there are statements about how Daye's criminal record should have been used (even though totally inadmissible)?
Elsewhere there are statements about felony murder (even though it was legally never applicable to this case)?
Where are these "assumptions" out on the Internet, other than on this blog that Sid kinds shits out for us ever few weeks?

I do communicate weekly by phone with Mangum... starting recently. I believe that all phone calls to her are monitored and recorded.
All phone calls to and from all prisoners are recorded, it's not just her ... don't expand your conspiracy just yet.
I didn't say that only her phone calls were recorded... now did I? I was merely discussing my phone conversations with Mangum.

Sidney said,
"Any half-competent appeals attorney should be able to get a judge to overturn the conviction and exonerate Mangum."
But Sidney, one and two years ago you were telling us that the indictment would be thrown out and the trial would never be held.
gui, mon ami,
I did say that because that is what I truly believed.

As you were.
As far as experts go, the physics door-bashing expert is totally irrelevant... who cares how much force it takes to knock a door off the frame.
Well, if you are trying to show self-defense, it could help to show how intense the situation was, and how scared Mangum would be.
I realize you still wanted Crystal convicted of a felony, but her attorney seemed interested in trying to get a NG, which was self-defense.
No matter what had been shown with Duke or Nichols, if self-defense failed, she'd be a convicted felon. You enjoy ignoring that.
Dr Harr,
In the case where Dr.
Dr. Harr,
When you met with the new Durham DA what Exactly did ya'll talk about?
Why is it so hard to understand a few basics:
Malpractice, by definition, is an accident, or a mistake. The SBI would never investigate that. Now, if there is evidence that Duke intentionally killed someone, that would be murder, not malpractice, and the SBI would be appropriate.
But, you sound like a blithering idiot constantly talking about intentional malpractice. There is no such thing.
There are 3 options with regard to Daye:
1. It was not malpractice, which is what Dr. Roberts says;
The SBI needs to investigate if it was murder or just malpractice if the state wants to charge the person(s) who killed Mr. Daye with murder.
So, your conspiracy-addled mind goes so far as to think low-level employees (or any for that matter) would actually commit murder for Duke? Who do you think ordered this? How many people are in the conspiracy, and thus also guilty of murder?
It's more likely that Sid did it, as someone else has posited.
well with that line of reasoning it could even have been you
up to the SBI to find out perhaps, not I
Anonymous at 7:38 AM:
If such evidence exists, Sid has thus far been unwilling to disclose it.
what a joke

Can't respond to any comments now. Am busy working on my next enlightening sharlog. Looks like I'll have it posted by week's end.
So was he left in the middle of street uncovered to insure that the blood splatter investigative report was not obviously compromised, or was it to start a riotous race war and protest against police brutality and murder against blacks in order for the PTBs to have a reason to call out their new toys (er... tanks)?
From the New York Times :

Michael Brown was a thug just like Trayvon Martin and Crystal Mangum. The world would be a much better place without that kind of trash.
oh, i see
so, since durham / duke judicial system is so fracked up to the point where these allegations exist,
but people like you insist that they don't because of various reasons,
yet because of the fracked up system that cannot be accessed due to lack of viable lawyers, judges, and da's, sbi, etc. by any to insure a balance of power with duke in durham and to prove or disprove these serious allegations,
that distrusting durham / duke / and the system is not based on the fact of the obvious and clear presentation and existance of this fracked up system that cannot be trusted to deliver services that do not harm in malicious and intentional and professionally negligent manners ...
