i've never seen anything like this - and this is what epitomizes duke - amazing isn't it?
So, you think people should answer Dr Harr, Kenny, you and others, but don't think they should answer anyone? They should at least answer where they are demonstrably wrong. But their refusal to engage in an honest discussion shows this is all just about them.
If you really want to try to improve Durham, and have issues with Duke, there are more productive places to focus your energy. Kenny and Sid know this blog is a joke, and they are just having fun with it and seeing how many people they can mess with. This site is the ultimate troll, and sadly the only one, on any side, who doesn't seem to get that is you.
Trust me, they aren't laughing with you, they are laughing at you.

You forget that Crystal had the services of a number of capable lawyers who left the case because of SIDNEY's interference.

Why do you assume that the lawyers had a conflict with Duke? There is NO evidence of that, and as has been pointed out, unlike Sid, they all actually tried to help Crystal, and realized that Duke wasn't on trial.

Yes, the last one worked for some hospitals (and a national hospital company) in Texas over 15 years ago, but that's hardly a conflict.

Some of the evil duke troll gang and particularly the retired doctor whose all caps key is stuck has gone totally batty and insane after 8 years of obssessive trolling about the lacrosse case - THAT is a major issue on this blog since they apparently find harrassing, slandering, bullying, committing hate crimes against Ms. Mangum and anyone they associate with her, and other random insane trolling on this blog something that is acceptable to them, regardless of what anyone says to them about it.
I must be getting through to Dr. Anonymous. I see he is trying to mitigate and explain away his unprofessional conduct. He can't quite bring himself to any sort of admission, though. For a man who was in a healing profession he seems to harbor a lot of hatred. With his superiority complex he constantly charges me with being jealous of him because, as he claims, he is more successful and more qualified then I am. No Dr. A., I certainly, am not jealous of you and I suspect we have vastly different opinions as to what constitute success.

Attorney Meier was not given the sufficient time he requested to mount a strong defence
It was a strong defense - as strong as possible under the circumstances - he fully argued self-defense (as even you acknowledged, since you wouldn't argue anything differently), and he had the medical experts and the rest. The issue was that the only real defense was self-defense, and the jury didn't buy it.
Sid convinced Crystal that she needed to ignore self-defense (I believe he even said on this blog that arguing self-defense was a mistake because it meant admitting to 1st degree murder, which is completely wrong - it only required admitting to having stabbed Daye). Crystal had a good defense, and the jury rendered their decision.
Manslaughter would have been preferable, but at least it wasn't LWOP (much to Sid's continuing frustration).

I thought that the mystery rapist allegation was the unique contribution of Kenny "Mystery Rapists" Hyderal.

1. Either EVERYONE but those 3 are corrupted by Duke, or they are wrong.
2. Kilgo either realized they were loons and uninterested in anything, so he left, or he was bought off.
3. Either Dr. Harr is a brilliant legal/medical mind who is fighting for rights, or he's a clueless megalomaniac seeking attention.
It is interesting - allegations of conflicts of interest continue to get thrown around with no evidence; Sid still refuses to acknowledge he was wrong about the ability to introduce Daye's "record" in the case; Kenny admits that the 3 accused did NOT rape Crystal, but still objects to them being called not-rapists.
